Anil PatelFounder and ChairmanAnil Patel is the Founder and Chairman of Snipple Animation Studios. Anil has more than 40 years of experience in industries ranging from engineering, real estate and animation. Anil loves to travel and explore new countries and cultures. He is a keen sports follower with a love for cricket and athletics, and is a diehard Arsenal fan. Anil has passion for food and is a regular reader with a keen interest in politics and current affairs. Anil brings a wealth of experience to Snipple Animation through years of running successful companies and is a key player in growth and success of the company. |

Jitin GoyalFounder, Managing Director and CEOJitin is the Founder, Managing Director and CEO of Snipple Animation. Jitin has more than 16 years of experience in industries ranging from banking, IT Services & online social media to animation & filmmaking. He has worked in India, UK, Europe, Middle-East & Africa and the United States. Apart from Snipple, he is also the Founder & CEO of Elpis (www.elpis.com), a vertical social network focused on environment, sustainability & community development, and Occam Technologies (www.occam.in), a mobile applications and gaming company. Earlier, Jitin has been a Vice-President at Infosys Technologies, a leading IT Consulting & Services company, where he was the driving force behind the company’s expansion in EMEA. Further back in the 90’s, Jitin was an FX & derivatives trader at Citibank N.A. Jitin is an avid art collector, a keen movie buff, a voracious reader and a fitness enthusiast. He owns an extensive film and music collection. John Lasseter, Hayayo Miyazaki, Akira Kurosawa and David Lean are some of his favorite filmmakers. Jitin is a die-hard fan of Pink Floyd & Led Zeppelin. His favorite food is the Mongolian barbecue. Jitin is also an aspiring writer and is working on various scripts and a collection of short stories. |

Kaine PatelFounder and Director of Global Business DevelopmentKaine Patel is the Founder and is the Director of Global Business Development. He has been running sales companies for the last ten years dealing with direct and indirect sales working with clients like NPower, Amex, ADT Alarms to name a few. He also has a successful property management and development company in the UK. In his spare time Kaine likes to keep active. He is a keen tennis and cricket player and enjoys playing a few times a week. While his forehand is not quite as formidable as that of Rafael Nadal, his idol, his cover drives are as good as they come. When not playing or working, Kaine loves spending time with family and friends, shopping, travelling, and has a strong passion for the theatre and music. His favourite animated movies are Ice Age, Up, Madagascar, Ratatouille and Monsters Inc. The character that he most identifies with though is Mowgli. |

Jonathan TinsayDirector and Studio Head, PhilippinesJonathan Tinsay has been working in the animation industry in the Philippines for the past 17 years. He rose from the ranks as a Production Assistant and was instrumental in developing the biggest animation studio in Manila as its Operations Director. Clients know him for his commitment to meeting deadlines at the highest quality which are virtues that Snipple Animation Studios espouse. His keen eye to detail and aim for perfection has him engrossed in his hobbies of vintage car restoration and breeding of show dogs which both have earned him awards and accolades. |

Romy GarciaDirector, PhilippinesRomy Garcia started working in the animation industry in 1987. His talent took him to Vancouver in 1990 to work on a TV special and to help in animating a commercial. He was one of 10 pioneering animators for Toon City when it opened in 1994. He was promoted to Director by the end of 1995 and was responsible in handling all projects in the studio until he left in 2002. Romy then animated on various projects after leaving. Worth mentioning among these are the Spanish feature "El Cid, The Legend" in 2002, and Disney feature films "Bambi 2", "Brother Bear 2", and "Cinderella 3" while working for Disneytoons Australia in 2004. In 2006, Romy supervised the animation for Disney's "Princess Stories" and the German feature film, "Die Drei Rauber", while in 2010 supervised animation for the Mexican feature film "True Heroes". Romy is an avid reader of MAD Magazine considers playing pool, painting and drawing among his passion when not immersed in animation. While the Philippine animation industry looks up to Romy as a revered artist and pivotal industry figure, he personally looks up to artists Normal Rockwell and John Singer Sargent for inspiration |

Alan ConicondeDirector, PhilippinesAlan Coniconde started his career as an artist at a very young age. During his early years, he began his career working on the monthly art projects commissioned by the notable Rotary Clubs in the Philippines such as the Rotary Clubs District 3810 and the Inner Wheel Club of Manila. Throughout his early years of experience as an artist, he successfully thrived as a figurative oil painter. In 1988, Alan leveled up his career and entered the 2D animation industry. He held various key positions as an artist, not only in the Philippines but also abroad. In fact, while working for a top-rank company abroad, he even managed over 300 artists in his own department to work on four major projects simultaneously. Alan remained to be a humble and proud Filipino despite his achievements abroad. He has done work for studio companies with various world-renowned clients such as the Walt Disney, Warner Bros, Universal, Nickelodeon, Moonscoop and many more. His movie credits include Mickey's The Three Musketeers, Tarzan 2, Kronk's New Groove, Teacher's Pet, Lilo and Stitch, Winnie the Pooh’s Happy Easter, Kimpossible, Curious George, Bah, Humduck! A Looney Tunes Christmas Special, Tom and Jerry, Snow Queen, Treasure Island, Dream Stone and many others. On leisurely weekends, art remains to be Alan’s most faithful companion. He can be seen with his easel and brush, painting oil on canvas and expressing his reaction to the awe-inspiring scenes he has witnessed in various places. |
